Belleville Police officers and law enforcement will be running from the Quinte Mall to City Hall with buckets collecting loose change to raise awareness for the Special Olympics.
The 2019 Torch Run for Special Olympics begins at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday starting at the Quinte Mall.
Officers will head down North Front Street, onto Front Street and end at City Hall.
