All three men involved in the theft of copper wiring from Bell Canada lines in the Napanee area in December of last year have now been sentenced.
Recently in a Napanee courtroom, 46-year-old Terry Merlin of Napanee was sentenced to 22 days pre-sentence custody, another 42 days of intermittent custody, and 12 months probation.
Previously 51-year-old Napanee man Wayne Wood received a suspended sentence along with 12 months of probation.
And in February, 30-year-old William Fraser of Ottawa was sentenced to 41 days of pre-sentence custody, another four days in jail, and two years probation.
