Quinte West council has given final approval for a new subdivision just west of Trenton.
Klemencic Homes will build 72 single-family homes, 28 semi-detached dwellings, 32 townhouses, and 3 three-storey apartment buildings south of Old Highway 2 on the west side of 2nd Dug Hill Road.
The development will be known as Hillside Meadows.
At least a dozen other housing developments are in the works in the City of Quinte West.
