Members of the public will have a chance to see what the province has in store for Highway 401 in the Belleville area, and a local bridge as well.
The Ministry of Transportation had started an environmental process in 2017.
This was delayed during the 2018 election and has restarted this year.
Provincial officials are now holding a public information session on the future of the 401 corridor passing through Belleville.
The project involves a preliminary design and class environmental assessment study for the rehabilitation or replacement of the Norris Whitney Bridge, between Belleville and Rossmore.
This includes the preliminary design of the Sidney Street overpass, and the access ramps at Highway 62 and Highway 37 interchanges and the Moira River bridge on Highway 401.

Belleville and other municipalities have already had input into the plan.
Director of Engineering and Development Rod Bovay tells Quinte News the Highway 37 intersection will have some work.
Belleville has had some discussions in the past about another interchange to the east, near the Northeast Industrial Park area.
The provincial draft plan also calls for adding traffic lanes to the Norris Whitney bridge.
The public information centre is at the Banquet Centre, Alhambra Square, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
