The People’s Party of Canada has a candidate for the 2019 federal election.
On his facebook page, Paul Bordonaro announced he is the nominated candidate for this year.
The PPC was created by former Conservative leadership candidate Maxime Bernier, who split from the party in August of 2018.
Bordonaro ran in last June’s provincial election as an Independent, and also tried to grab a seat in Quinte West as a councillor this past fall.
His post says he is excited to be running in this fall’s election. The Carrying Place resident says PPC Leader Maxime Bernier is a brilliant, honest politician, who will bring Canadians together.
