South Hastings Baseball
It’s season 86 for the South Hastings Baseball League. Last night the Read Free Flow Petroleum Young Guns defeated Maclan Designs 7-1. Blaine Farrell gets the pitching win.
Joe Blakely struck out 10 as the Bain Excavating Rockies beat the Melrose Shamrocks 7-1. Phil Seguins hit a home run in the win.
Ladies Softball
The Belleville Ladies Business Softball League opened their 50th campaign last night with Tyendinaga Propane outlasting EMS Tech 11-10. Page O’Brien homered in the win while Amber Rittwage hit a home run in the loss.
Mens Ball Hockey
It’s an old league with a new name and they open their 28th season with a triple header tonight at the C.A.A. Arena.
8 teams will compete in the Mill Street Organic Mens Ball Hockey League. Brian Erwin begins his 28th year as President.

Belleville Bulldogs
The Belleville Bulldogs Rugby Club is holding an in-person registration on Thursday May 23rd from 5-6pm at Bayside Secondary School. Players can also register on-line at any time.
Players are needed for the boys and girls Under 13 teams as well as the boys Under 15 and 17 teams.
