A Kingston man faces several charges after a short high-speed police chase in Belleville’s west end early this morning (Sunday).
City police officers spotted a speeding vehicle on Bridge Street West around 1:30 and began pursuing it.
The vehicle soon pulled over to a stop on Palmer Road.
Nathan Gosse, 20 years of age, was charged with impaired driving, theft of a motor vehicle, fail to remain at accident scene, driving while under suspension, failing to stop for police and possession of stolen property.
He has a June court date.
