Construction growth continues to hold steady in Brighton.
Building stats for the month of April show seven building permits were issued for a total value of $3.3 million.
Leading the way last month is the construction of seven new residential buildings as well as a renovation to an industrial building.
So far this year there have been 24 permits issued which is down from 34 for the same period last year.
