The lockdown put in place at Millhaven Institution on May 1 has ended and a number of unauthorized items were found during searches.
The institution is now operating normally and visiting priveleges have been reinstated.
Correctional Service Canada is strengthening measures to prevent the entry of contraband into its institutions.
