The busiest fishing weekend of the year is in the books.
The 39th annual Kiwanis Walleye World Fishing Derby ended at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon (Sunday).
The winners of the 4 divisions were: Doug Davis with a pike weighing 16.95 pounds in the senior pike division, Ethan Caley won the junior pike division with a 10 pound fish, a walleye weighing 13.49 pounds won the senior walleye division for Mark Fiume, and Aiden Semark took top prize in the junior walleye division with a fish tipping the scales at 7.58 pounds.
One tagged fish was caught.
