The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 387 is on the receiving end of over $15,000.
Bay of Quinte MP Neil Ellis presented Frankford Legion members with $15,925 as part of the New Horizons for Seniors Program on behalf of the Honourable Filomena Tassi, Minister of Seniors.
The funds will be used to replace and update kitchen equipment in the facility.
A total of approximately $35 million has been approved across Canada for NHSP community-based projects in 2018–2019.
