The Picton Industrial Park is set to grow again.
Council in Prince Edward County agreed to a land purchase and sale agreement on Tuesday night at Shire Hall during an in camera session.
The agreement is between the County and Sunny at Sunrise Inc.
The cost of the land was not made available, nor was the type of company.
