A special weather statement is in effect for the Quinte region as more significant rainfall is expected this weekend.
Rain, heavy at times, is expected to start Friday and amounts of 40 to 60 mm are possible by Sunday.
This rainfall is the result of several low pressure systems tracking over the region from the Southern Plains States.
