A 19-year-old Loyalist Township man is facing multiple charges after he stole a vehicle and crashed it into another in Greater Napanee.
Lennox and Addington OPP say Elijah Jones took a vehicle on Saturday night and drove it into another vehicle parked in a driveway on South Shore Road.
According to police, the vehicle came to rest against a tree.
Jones then assaulted one person who witnessed the collision before fleeing on foot.
He is facing operating a motor vehicle while impaired, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and assault.
His licence was suspended and he was released with a court date of May 7.
