A Brampton man is facing careless driving charges after a tractor trailer rollover forced the closure of the 401 for several hours.
Lennox and Addington OPP have charged 23 year-old Nawab Mohammad with careless driving.
Police say he lost control around 11:40 p.m. just east of Palace Road.
The tractor trailer came to rest on its side, blocking both eastbound lanes.
The driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Mohammad will appear in Napanee court in June.
