The manager of the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce thinks the provincial budget is a good one.
Suzanne Andrews says the Chamber likes the gradual way the Ford government plans to balance the books and is especially happy with more investment in skills training and job development which is the number one issue facing business in Ontario.
Andrews says the Chamber is also happy with plans for more investment in broadband service and more competitive tax rates for business.
However, the Chamber also is waiting to see the details on how the programs will work and when they will take effect.
