Another honour for Belleville Senators forward Drake Batherson.
The Nova Scotia native has been named to the American Hockey League’s All Rookie Team, putting up 58 points in 56 games, with three games to play still in the regular season.
Also named to the league’s All Rookie Team are forwards Alex Barre-Boulet of the Syracuse Crunch and Tyler Benson of the Bakersfield Condors, along with defencemen Mitch Reinke from the San Antonio Rampage and Jake Bean of the Charlotte Checkers.
Bakersfield goaltender Shane Starrett also made the list.
The league will continue to hand out other awards as the Calder Cup Playoffs inch closer.
