A Toronto woman, formerly of Belleville and Frankford, is in jail after being convicted of theft of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property, and failing to appear in court.
Susan Hannah, 36, was sentenced to 33 days in jail early last month, and 12 months probation.
Previous to her sentencing she had been in jail for 57 days.
Last September, Hannah, then from Belleville, was arrested after stealing a car from a commercial lot.
The next month in October Hannah, then from Frankford, was arrested along with a man after a Jaguar car was stolen from a lot on Bell Boulevard in Belleville.
Last February Hannah, then from Toronto, was arrested by Durham Region Police and turned over to the Belleville Police Service.
