A penalty hearing date has been set for a Belleville family doctor who has again been found guilty of unprofessional conduct.
Doctor Mile Savic, whose clinic has been closed for some time after having his licence suspended, was found guilty of breaching previous orders by prescribing certain narcotics to patients.
In a decision released in December, Dr. Savic was also said to have a lack of knowledge and skill regarding the prescribing of antibiotics.
The report also says that Dr. Savic displayed a lack of professionalism in his documentation and examinations.
There were multiple complaints against him, however Savic denied the reports.
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario have set aside Monday, June 3 for the penalty hearing in Toronto.
