Charges have been laid, after a crash in east end Belleville early Sunday morning
Around 12:15 a.m., crews were called to Dundas Street East and Haig Road.
The collision involved two vehicles, one of which was blocking the CP tracks.
City police contacted the rail line to stop trains.
Thirty-five-year-old Marcus Page has been charged with driving with over 80 milligrams, along with many highway traffic act infractions.
He appears in court April 25.
