The Quinte and District Association of Realtors is feeling left out following the inaugural Belleville Housing Summit.
QDAR President Cathy Polan says she found out they weren’t going to be involved last Friday.
Organizations such as the Quinte Home Builder’s Association, the Quinte Region Landlords Association and the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) were involved in the two day event.
Polan said she hopes if the housing summit is held again, that an invitation would be extended to QDAR.
She says they also deal with leases, landlords, first-time home buyers and had they been involved they would have brought their knowledge of the market to the table as well as trends as to where they think the market is going.
The housing summit wrapped up at noon on Tuesday.
