Quinte West council is expected to pass its 2019 operating budget Monday night.
If passed as presented, residential ratepayers will see an increase of 2.9 % for local taxes, or about $90/year more on the average house assessed at $255,000.
Quinte West council meets at 6:30 Monday at city hall.
