If city council approves, the City of Quinte West will begin a Farm 911 Emily Project soon.
Quinte West’s Public Works Committee is recommending council approve the project, which would see
farmers obtaining 911 civic addresses for each entrance to vacant land.

Farm 911 Emily Project was initiated in 2014 after the tragic death of a Emily Trudeau on a farm in Tweed.
