City of Belleville CAO Rick Kester can add another title to his resume.
He was elected president of the Ontario Good Roads Association Board of Directors.
Kester has served as a director on the board since 2014 when he was elected to represent the southeast zone.
Rick was president of the Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) in 2010/2011 and has served on the MEA Board of Directors from 2003 to 2012. He is currently a member of the Ontario Municipal Administrators Association (OMAA), the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA), the Municipal Engineers Association (MEA), the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC), the American Waterworks Association (AWWA), the American Public Works Association (APWA) and has served on the Ontario Clean Water Agency Client Advisory Board for several years.
