The municipality of Brighton issued three building permits during the month of February.
Two were for renovations and one was to construct an accessory building.
Those permits totaled $74,000, for a total of just over $1 million worth of construction this year.
So far this year, the municipality has issued six permits, just one shy for the same time period last year.
