If you’re looking for a house in the Quinte region, there’s a good selection out there.
According to the Quinte and District Association of Realtors there were 750 active residential listings in the region at the end of February.
That’s way up from one year ago when there were just 537 active listings.
Meanwhile, residential sales last month totalled 139, unchanged from February of 2018.
However, the average sale price, at almost $338,000, was close to 4% higher last month.
