Domestic Assault
On March 7, 2019, at 10:02 a.m. police received a complaint of an assault. As a result of an investigation a 42-year-old Belleville man was charged with assault. He will appear in court on March 25, 2019. His name will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.
Motor vehicle collision
On March 7, 2019, at 2:49 p.m. police attended on First Street regarding a two-car collision. One of the drivers suffered a minor neck injury. The investigation is continuing.
