Balance for the Better is the focus for the 26th annual International Women’s Day here in Belleville.
The community event takes place on Friday starting at Bridge Street United Church.
The downtown march will begin at 4:30 p.m. before returning to the church for a social hour, followed by guest speaker Jane Rabinowicz.
Rabinowicz is the Executive Director of USC Canada, a non-profit organization founded in 1945 and rooted in the notion of human dignity and equality.
This is a free event and all are welcome.
