The CFB Trenton Pond Hockey Gala has been another hit.
On Monday, the organizing team announced it had raised $80,000.
The money will be split between Wounded Warriors Canada and the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Steve Topham is the partnership director for Wounded Warriors Canada, one of the two groups who split the proceeds.

Event organizer Jeff Moorhouse says they are already planning for next year.
Since its inception, the fundraiser has brought in more than $350,000.
