Bringing circus arts to Prince Edward County is the hope of a Peterborough based company.
Nicole Malbeuf from Trellis Arts and Entertainment spoke at the municipality’s Committee of the Whole meeting at Shire Hall on Thursday afternoon.
She reached out to council to help Trellis Arts and Entertainment break into the arts and culture sector in Prince Edward County.
Malbeuf says they would like to become a visual presence in the County through participation in fairs, special events, festivals and from there expand into workshops and classes.
Trellis Arts and Entertainment is looking to expand into central and eastern Ontario.
