Two men from Belleville and one from Quinte West will not spend time in jail after being sentenced on drug charges.
All three men were arrested following police raids on two residences in Belleville and one in Quinte West in April of last year.
Police seized 90 pounds of marijuana, hashish oil, marijuana clone plants, and $1,600 dollars in cash.
Belleville residents Ryan Sterling Nyhof and Mason Paul Major and Quinte West man Joseph DiSalvo all received conditional sentences recently plus 12 months probation and 10 year weapons prohibitions.
They were guilty of possession for purpose of trafficking. Other charges against them were withdrawn.
