The Trenton Golden Hawks were in Lindsay last night and shutout the Muskies 3-0.
The G-Hawks outshot Lindsay 43-20 in the win. Anand Oberoi made 17 saves for the win after replacing Benjamin Allard-Robitaille in the second period.
Samuel Duchesne opened the scoring on the power-play for the Hawks. Griffen Fox had a goal and an assist in the game, Matt Nastasiuk also scored a goal.
Trenton will be back in action on Sunday visiting the Wellington Dukes. It is the last meeting in the battle of Quinte. Game time is at 1:30.
In Junior “C” action last night Napanee beat Port Hope 5-1.
