2018 wasn’t a great year in the local real estate market but it seems 2019 is off to a bright start.
According to the Quinte and District Association of Realtors, 146 residential units were sold in January, considerably more than the 119 units sold in January of last year.
January’s residential sales totalled over $48 million, up 33% from the same month in 2018.
Total dollar sales for all property types was up 25% from the year before.
