A 22-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman are facing charges following a vehicle stop in Belleville early Friday morning.
Police stopped a vehicle on Victoria Avenue near Farley Avenue around 12:30 a.m.
The male driver was charged with driving without a licence and misuse of plates while the female passenger, who was the registered owner of the vehicle was charged with permitting a vehicle to be driven without insurance.
The vehicle was towed from the scene.
