The value of construction activity in the first month of 2019, in Quinte West, was lower than that of the same month last year.
The total new building value for last month was $4.6 million, $1 million less than in 2018.
One of the big projects is the municipal waste water treatment plant on County Road 64, at $350,000.
And a $1 million “conditional permit” has been issued for #3 Dixon Drive.
The total value of residential for the month was seven units at $2.1 million.
