A garage was destroyed by fire late Saturday afternoon in Quinte West.
Quinte West Fire Chief John Whalen says firefighters were called out around 5 p.m. to 705 Vermilyea Road to find the garage fully engulfed in flames.
The garage was heated by propane and the owner accidentally knocked over a can of gas which ignited.
The garage housed a boat and a car.
Damages estimated at $100,000.
No one was injured.
