Great goaltending and good fortune got the Wellington Dukes through a tough one last night against the Oakville Blades.
Dylan Massie scored the winner at 4:58 of the second overtime period to lift the Dukes to a 6 to 5 win.
Goaltender Logan Bateman made 46 saves as Oakville outshot Wellington 51 to 34.
Also scoring for the Dukes were Daniel Panetta, Zach Uens, Keenan Eddy, Andrew Rinaldi, and Elijah Gonsalves.
The game was played in front of 455 fans in Wellington.
