The Executive Director position with the United Way Hastings Prince Edward will soon see a change.
Kathy Murphy has told the board she will be stepping down for personal and family reasons.
Murphy says she has enjoyed her role immensely.
She adds that the United Way has taught her much about the importance of community, and how we all thrive when we work together to support those in need.
Starting next week, Brandi Hodge will take over the role.
Hodge is currently the Director of Community Engagement.
