A first degree murder trial begins this morning (Monday) in a Napanee courtroom.
John White, 38 at the time of the incident, was charged in April of 2016 after the shooting death of 56-year-old Gail Doreen White.
He was Gail White’s stepson.
The shooting occurred on Shannonville Road near Roslin.
Jury selection begins today. The trial is scheduled to last between two and four weeks.
