A quick thinking man with a cell phone helped Belleville police arrest a break and enter suspect late yesterday (Thursday) afternoon.
A homeowner arrived at his west end home to find a suspicious man inside. He managed to snap a picture of the man as he ran away.
Police officers used the picture to find a suspect nearby.
Dustin Bradley Barnett, 33, of Belleville was arrested and charged with two counts of break, enter and theft.
The second charge came from an incident on Wednesday.
Barnett has a February court date.
