OPP have provided more information regarding a vehicle colliding with a church in Trenton early yesterday (Wednesday) morning.
Just after 3 o’clock, police say a vehicle hit a light standard, a fire hydrant, and then the St. Andrews Presbyterian Church at Dundas and Marmora Streets.
The vehicle ended up on its roof.
The driver did not remain at the scene but was located and arrested a few minutes later.
He was taken to Trenton Memorial with minor injuries.
Joel Michael Stratton, 23 of Quinte West, was charged with Careless Driving and Fail to Remain.
