Napanee OPP have charged a 47-year-old Belleville man in relation to a business theft in Napanee earlier this month.
Police have charged Barry Carr with various charges including: possession of break-in instruments, theft under $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, mischief and failure to comply with an undertaking.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing today in Napanee.
