Food insecurity is one of the major issues council in Prince Edward County is looking to tackle this term.
Glen Wallis spoke on behalf of Food to Share asking those at Shire Hall to consider giving $100,000 this year and every year to help address the growing concern.
Wallis says that amount will begin to do some good.
Budget discussions begin in the County on Monday at Shire Hall at 9:30 a.m.
