A property that was at the centre of a major subdivision, is now back on the market.
The 55-acre subdivision that Parkridge Lifestyle Communities tried to build, is for sale once again.
Late last year, the company went to council to get approval on the 283 home project.
It would have seen the company lease the properties and homes at the corner of Farnham Road and Scott Drive.
On a 3-2 vote, the proposal was defeated by council, with former councillor Mike Graham absent, and former Mayor Taso Christopher and former councillors Jack Miller and Jackie Denyes declaring a conflict.
