Mitch Panciuk has just taken over the mayor’s chair at Belleville city council.
Panciuk says one of his priorities for 2019 is a Housing Summit.
Mayor Panciuk is also keen on settling the issue of the Agriculture Society and the land it occupies at the fairgrounds.
He would like to see the fairgrounds moved and the land used for the city’s benefit.
