A 49-year-old Quinte West man will make a court appearance today following an incident that prompted a response from the Quinte West OPP, their Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit.
Police say yesterday afternoon around 2:15 p.m. they were called to a home on Boulton Road after a man uttered threats of violence.
Sean Butler was arrested and charged with uttering threats to cause bodily harm or death.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
