A heated argument lead to one of the first domestic incident calls of the year for Belleville Police.
Around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning, crews were called to the east end of the city.
Officers could hear yelling and screaming in a building.
They were also told the man was not supposed to be at the home.
He is alleged to have numerous outstanding criminal charges against him from other jurisdictions.
A 25-year-old Quinte West man was arrested, with the help of a taser.
He is charged with three counts of breach of recognizance, and obstructing police.
