Off hours RIDE check leads to charge

A woman from Colborne was charged with impaired driving in the mid-morning on Sunday.

Northumberland OPP had set up a RIDE program on County Road 2  just east of Brighton at 9:30 in the morning.

As a result, 57-year-old Sandra Bayliss was charged.

She appears in court January 30.
