Two Kingston men have been arrested and charged with stealing copper wire from a Bell Canada property near Napanee.
The OPP Street Crime and K-9 Units tracked the pair down after the reported theft on December 19.
Thirty-year-old Devin Timothy Hamilton is charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, theft under $5,000 and mischief.
Thirty-one-year-old Eric Zachary Sudds is facing the same charges, plus a charge of possessing methamphetamine.
