Be careful driving this morning (Saturday). With the temperature hovering near the freezing mark, black ice has formed on roadways in spots.
Around 7:15 this morning (Saturday) a vehicle was t-boned by another on Highway 49 near Bethesda Road in Prince Edward County.
A man in his 70s suffered non-life threatening injuries.
And shortly before 8 o’clock, there were two separate single vehicle accidents in the same area of the Glen Ross Road, north of Frankford.
No detail available on injuries.
Last night shortly after 11 o’clock, there were single vehicle accidents on Shannonville Road and on Stirling-Marmora Road.
Two people were taken to hospital for treatment.
All of the collisions were caused by black ice.
